General & Admissions
Our OPD is open Mon–Fri from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, and Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. For emergencies, casualty services are available 24×7.
Visit the Reception desk during working hours, pay ₹100, and you will receive a case paper and a Permanent Registration Number (PRN).
You retain your existing PRN. The registration fee for follow-up visits is ₹50.
Registration is done at Casualty. An OPD case paper is issued and PRN assigned, with fee ₹150.
- During working hours: You are assessed by the unit doctor, admission instructions confirmed, consent signed, required deposit paid (₹3000 for regular, ₹750 for day care), and guided to ward.
- After hours: Initial assessment by resident doctor / RMO, then similar steps follow.
Emergencies are treated immediately. For medico-legal cases, police are informed, and documentation (MLC register) is maintained. Unidentified patients are labelled “UNKNOWN” and treated, with identity updated later.
Yes. Standard admission procedures apply. In addition Form C is submitted to FRO & police, and passport/visa copies retained.
A waiting list is maintained, and you are called when a bed is free.

A light, easily digestible, sattvic (pure) diet is generally advised. We avoid heavy, spicy, oily foods. Specific diet regimens are part of your treatment package depending on condition and dosha balance.
