Our OPD is open Mon–Fri from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, and Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. For emergencies, casualty services are available 24×7.
Visit the Reception desk during working hours, pay ₹100, and you will receive a case paper and a Permanent Registration Number (PRN).
You retain your existing PRN. The registration fee for follow-up visits is ₹50.
Registration is done at Casualty. An OPD case paper is issued and PRN assigned, with fee ₹150.
- During working hours: You are assessed by the unit doctor, admission instructions confirmed, consent signed, required deposit paid (₹3000 for regular, ₹750 for day care), and guided to ward.
- After hours: Initial assessment by resident doctor / RMO, then similar steps follow.
Emergencies are treated immediately. For medico-legal cases, police are informed, and documentation (MLC register) is maintained. Unidentified patients are labelled “UNKNOWN” and treated, with identity updated later.
Yes. Standard admission procedures apply. In addition Form C is submitted to FRO & police, and passport/visa copies retained.
A waiting list is maintained, and you are called when a bed is free.
Treatment & Packages
In many cases, yes. We may recommend blood tests, imaging, or other modern diagnostics for safety and to guide therapy.
Yes. All our Panchakarma and specialty packages are flexible. After a consultation, our doctors can tailor the schedule to your needs.
Every individual’s response is different. Some may notice improvements in days or weeks, while chronic conditions may require longer duration and sustained follow-up.
In most cases yes. But it is crucial you share full medical history and current medications so our doctors can plan therapies safely and avoid interactions.
A light, easily digestible, sattvic (pure) diet is generally advised. We avoid heavy, spicy, oily foods. Specific diet regimens are part of your treatment package depending on condition and dosha balance.
We discourage heavy physical activity during therapy. Gentle yoga, meditation, and slow walking are often recommended. Our doctors will advise what is safe for your condition.
Specific Programs & Logistics
We offer Panchakarma retreats (for mental health, skin rejuvenation, hair regrowth, pre-conception, etc.) and disease-specific packages like Vaman, Virechan, and Shodhan Basti.
Many programs begin with a 3-day / 2-night format. Longer programs may be recommended depending on condition severity.
Yes. We have general wards, single rooms, and VIP rooms with amenities.
We use classical formulations and high-quality medicines. Some are prepared in-house under supervision, while others are sourced from trusted suppliers.
Yes. We help with logistics, accommodation for accompanying persons, and guidance for medical travel documentation.
